Noemi Legaspi

Republican Candidate for Oregon State Representative (HD 22) – Woodburn, Gervais, North Salem, Brooks, & Labish Village

Noemi Legaspi

Candidate for State Representative
House District 22

Working Mom. Community Advocate. Ready to Lead.

I’m Noemi Legaspi—the daughter of Mexican immigrants, a mother, and a bilingual mental health clinician. For almost two decades, I’ve worked with and protected children and families in Marion County.

My passion for service has taken me from the counseling room to the school board. I championed practical solutions over politics: expanding career education, making sure our teachers are well paid, and keeping trained School Resource Officers in classrooms when many districts were removing them.

In private practice, I operate Anabel’s House Children and Family Services, providing bilingual therapy to children, couples, and families. I’ve also been a volunteer coach and an advocate for early learning programs because I know strong families and quality education are the foundation of opportunity.

As your state representative, I’ll continue expanding access to behavioral health care, respecting parents, and fighting for local control so every child—and every family—can thrive.

Put working families first by helping Noemi today!

“Marion County deserves leaders who listen, lead with compassion, and produce common sense results. Noemi’s commitment, knowledge, and experience have helped her deliver real and necessary change in our communities.”

Marion County Sheriff Nick Hunter
